Precision Board High Density Urethane (HDU) can be used for many applications including dimensional signage, modeling, architecture, and industrial tooling. Precision Board is a “closed cell” rigid polyurethane product that works well for hand-carving as well as CNC-machining. PBLT HDU is made for applications of up to 200° F continuous exposure and PBHT HDU is made for applications of up to 300° F continuous exposure. High Density Urethane foam board is available in a wide range of standard sheet sizes and standard densities that can be cut or bonded into a variety of shapes for final machining or shaping.
